Members of the same team can choose different lengths of stay depending on their travel plans.
Custom stays, such as a 4-night package, can also be arranged upon request.
5. Are package prices per person or per room?

Absolutely! Partners, friends and family members are welcome to enjoy the festival experience.
Non-racing companions can stay at the official resort and share accommodation with participating paddlers.
Supporters receive a €100 discount on their accommodation package, as they are not participating in the competition.
7. Can the resort accommodate special dietary requirements?

Please indicate any allergies, intolerances or special dietary needs during the booking process so that the resort can be informed in advance.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS
8. How do I register my team?

A €500 deposit per team is required to secure the team’s place and Early Bird conditions.
Early Bird rates are available until 31 December 2026.

Yes! The €500 team registration deposit is fully refundable once all payments for the team have been completed.

Yes! The Team Manager organises the room allocation through the booking platform.
Once the rooms have been assigned, individual payment links can be sent to the people responsible for each room.
This means the club does not need to collect and manage everyone’s accommodation payments.

Your team registration and deposit secure the Early Bird conditions, even if some members confirm their participation at a later stage.

Each paddler may participate in a maximum of three competition categories in total.
